Am I totally an idiot here? Teixera for Kinsler?

It is fair, because 2nd basemen like Kinsler are very rare, and you have to look at positional scarcity. I'd do this trade...you still have Ryan Howard at 1B, and he'll give you even better numbers than Tex (or really close). Kinsler is such an upgrade over Dan Uggla, it's not even funny.
