Does white chocolate fudge made with cream cheese or sour cream need to be refrigerated?

My wife has sent chocolate fudge to our granddaughter and grandson in Iraq, with rave reviews, of course. They and some of their buddies have sent a request for white chocolate fudge next time. The recipes she wants to use call for cream cheese or sour cream, so we wondered if the fudge would travel as well as the regular fudge. Does the change in ingredients require refrigeration?
