Is there a bug going around?

I feel sick in the stomach, like not normal sick, more painfull in that area. Yesterday my head was sore and I was tired as well as sick, but thats gone away, and now its just painful. A couple of other people I know have this as well. Is it some kinda bug going around, and what can I do?
