How do I buy a house with no credit??

ok so my boyfriend of 2 years and I have found the cutest little place with 5 acres.. perfect for us due to the fact that it is a two bedroom so just in case or lives get a little bigger some day and 5 acres cause we are huge into horses... but anyways.. my boyfriend has held his farming job for the last 4 years since he has been 18.. I am 19 and have worked the last year... we did some looking into the place and our payments would be easy for us to meet with our incomes but the problem is.. we dont have any credit.. he drives a nice older truck but he paid cash out right for it... and we really dont have anyone to co sign for us.. but I should stop talking about us.. I don't want my name on anything.. he is the one who wants to buy the place... so where does he come from here.. like i said no credit no co signer... and he is tired of renting feels he is wasting his money and we have no place for our horses.... so all in all is there a way if so how do we more so he go about doing this
