What does this mean for me?

Okay if I am sent to a prison after court and the prison is a mulit.security level does that mean I will have to be in there with murders etc. if that's the case do these kind of prison do a more invasive search when searching prisoners such as probing/ cavity searching since they deal with murders and all other kinds???
