Was Jesus sinless only simply because He couldn't sin?

Well...you see us now in our world of controversy and division. I think a lot of us would have suffered much worse had we no role models like Jesus -- I look more at the fact that he was willing to "live a sinless life then 'fake' a death for three days" for our sake, to save us from damnation at the rate we're going with our decisions. He wanted us to follow our example, so blessed are they if they may have suffered worse in even one person's eyes.
