If a police officer is placed on paid administrative leave, do they temporarily lose their “police powers”?

If a law enforcement official (police officer, sheriff’s deputy, or state trooper) is suspended with no pay or suspended with pay, or just put on paid administrative leave, if their police powers get revoked temporarily. I would greatly appreciate it an answer to this question.
