How long would it take to lose 25 pounds on this plan? PLEASE ANSWER!!!!?
Dieting and loosing weight all depends on the person. Sports are good for staying active, but aren't always good for loosing weight. One pound contains 3,500 calories! So in order to loose a pound you have to burn 3,500 calories. I'd suggest eating as healthy as you possibly can (raw and organic) and hitting the gym every day, but don't over work your body because than you have trouble loosing weight. And don't starve yourself because if you do than your body goes on a shut down and it makes it harder to loose weight until after a few years. I'd start looking on the back of food containers and see what they contain, but be careful of trans fat (subtract the saturated fat from the total fat and that's you trans fat, containers always lie), sugars that aren't burned off get turned into fat too! Belly fat and underarm fat are all caused from excess weight, and the only way to reduce the size of it is by eating healthy and doing cardio workouts. Also, you loose weight faster if your heart rate is over 160. If i were you I'd try a plan by Jillian Michaels, who you can subscribe to through emails which are very helpful too!
